A Qualified Domestic Relations Order (or Government / Military Apportionment Order) are technical documents that I prepare and shepherd through the approval process.  You provide me with your Divorce Decree (and Settlement Agreement, if any). and I take the matter from there until the retirement plan accepts the QDRO.
